Meet the chef

Annie started The Table in 2019 in Portland, Oregon and expanded to Palm Springs in 2022

Annie’s love for cooking started as a child in Kansas. She comes from generations of amazing cooks, but didn’t realize it was going to be her profession until later in life. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Service from Oregon State University and attended Culinary School at Linn Benton. She’s worked at restaurants in Portland and New York as well as a private chef in New York. Outside of the kitchen you’ll find her exercising at Orange Theory Fitness, talking with her 14 chickens, or spending time at the beach with her husband, Kevin.

It was always Annie’s dream to bring her business to Palm Springs. After 3 years in Portland, she took a break from the rainy weather and spends part of her time in the desert.
